- Standard: 15–20 days making + 8–10 days shipping.
- Priority: 7–14 days making + 8–10 days shipping.
- Timelines may vary slightly during busy periods because every piece is handmade.
- TRACKING INCLUDED: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your package anytime on our Track Order page.
HANDMADE & CAREadd
- Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in size, shape, and color may occur compared to the photos.
- Made from food-safe glazed ceramic, suitable for everyday eating and drinking.
- Not microwave safe.
- Wash with soap and water. Colors are designed to remain vibrant with normal use.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDSadd
- Because each piece is handmade and often made to order, cancellation refunds decrease as work progresses.
- Cancel within 72 hours before dispatch: 80% refund of the eligible product subtotal.
- After 72 hours but before 10 days, before dispatch: 50% refund.
- From 10 days onward: no voluntary cancellation refund.
- Once dispatched, the order is no longer eligible for pre-dispatch cancellation.
